What is Soul? Soul is what defines us all. Either its presence, or absence. At the very fiber of our being, you'll find Soul. It's not black, white, or any color for that matter, but when it's in front of you, you know it, and when it's missing, you know it too. Soul is a feel, a vibe, an attitude. You can find it in the lyrics of a rapper, the riff of a singer, and the notes of a horn player. Soul is universal, yet distinct. Soul is the "Sound Of Urban Life". This is the first volume of my interpretation of "Universal Soul Music", featuring some very hot artists, and music ranging from REAL HipHop, NEW Soul, and other genres. I hope you like it . . .
